We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland United Kingdom.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched using trusted UK courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


Delivery Area

We currently deliver to:

For deliveries to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, or other locations, please contact us prior to placing your order, as additional charges and extended delivery times may apply.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Dispatch time: 1–2 working days
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days

Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier performance.


Delivery Method

Large & Fragile Items

Some items, including water features, are:

  • Heavy

  • Supplied in original manufacturer packaging

For these items:

  • Delivery is typically made to the kerbside
  • The courier may require assistance for unloading
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe handling after delivery

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Ensuring access to the delivery location
  • Being available to receive the delivery where required

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or access issues, additional delivery charges may apply.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please provide photographic evidence of both the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.


Delays
